WHAT'S HAPPENING IRL LA! It’s been a while since you all heard from me (Fractional has been keeping me busy) but since LATW is around the corner I figured I would do my best to keep you all informed, plus I have a surprise in store for you all. I’ll be announcing the surprise on X this week but you all will get a sneak peak at the end of this article. But let’s get started right away so I don’t waste to much of your time. This upcoming week is filled with events ranging from ed tech meetups, defense tech meet ups, to founder/vc fireside chats. So there’s a lot going on this upcoming week before LATW!

Shoutout of the Week: Nick Frost ❄️ 🍕

This was meant to be sent out a while ago but I wanted to shout out a friend of mine Nick Frost and his new company Bello Pizzas. I first meet Nick back in late 2021 when I was first creating Project Unicorn and I was asking him for his advice on the platform. He mentioned some pretty good advice and I always thought he would be a good founder if he gave it another shot. Fast forward to 2023, and he is launching Bello Pizza. With such short notice, Nick was able to set up a cooking class to teach the team how to make pizzas and he even provided a small goodie bag for all the team members.
